Atlantic homes is located in 1035 Adelina St.  Sampaloc, Manila, and we call it “Atlantic Homes“, which is located near the university belt of Manila. It is located near University of Sto. Tomas, Golden Success Review Center, Exact training center, Sealanes review center, New Point review center, Great Seas Maritime and Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). It is accessible to University belt areas and very near to Recto and Quiapo. The area has easy access to public transportation with minimal additional cost for your transportation allowance.
All units are furnished with brand new bed frames and Uratex mattresses.  There are a lot of rooms to choose like  Bunk room, COUPLE room with CR, Room for two and  we have also a  PRIVATE SOLO room. Peaceful, well secured place for studying and preparing for an examinations. We also cater Transient daily rate and monthly rate rooms for as low as 1800 pesos per month.. You can avail discounts on Weekly, Monthly and Yearly basis.

PACIFIC HOMES

Pacific Homes is located in 1143 M.Natividad St, Sta Cruz, Manila and we call “Pacific Homes“. It is a stone throw to Doroteo Jose LRT station. It is very accessible to transportation like LRT and MRT (Recto station). It is near Rizal Avenue or we call it Avenida where you can go one ride to Luneta Park or Caloocan City. It is also near and walking distance to SM mall San Lazaro, Jose Reyes Hospital Metropolitan Hospital and Central Market . We have available 30 Studio or SOLO Rooms for only 2,000 pesos per month excluding water and electricity for a contract of six months and above.  Less six months contract will be charge for 3,000 pesos per month.  Free WiFi connections in the whole building.

Welcome Aboard……Seaman’s Home Manila is the cheapest 1,800 Pesos/month or 100 Pesos/Day boarding house in Manila. We have also SOLO rm 180/day and couple rm with CR 400/day available for your convenience and privacy. Available room in Atlantic homes are Solo rm, Bunk rm 8 px, Room for two and couple room with CR.  Aircon rooms are still under construction.

Seaman’s Home Manila is a transient boarding house for Seamen that are suited for reviewers, examinees and those who are taking their seminars or trainings who need to stay in Manila for a short period of time.  Daily room rates are very affordable, for bunk room as low as P100 per day. For SOLO private room for only P180 per day. Rooms for couple are also available but absolutely for legal wife only.  It is very affordable home away from home rates with 24/7 Wi-Fi high speed connection.

How to get here in Atlantic Homes:  From Quiapo, take PUJ bound for Quezon City like Project 7, Fairview or Cubao via Espana.  Get off at Chowking Espana near PRC and go up to cross on overpass, at McDonald’s corner you can see the Adelina St. proceed walking straight after passing Delos Reyes St., look for Atlantic Homes with no. 1035 on your left side.  If you will ride taxi from Quiapo, straight ahead to Quezon Blvd, right turn to Barlin st., right turn to Adelina St. and look for Atlantic Homes with no. 1035 on your right side.
